In accordance with the requirements of ISO14644, CFDA and GMP, Innosurg Medical establishes a 600 m² (6458 ft²)  100,000 (ISO Class 8) Assembly Clean Room, a 320 m² (3444 ft²)  100,000 (ISO Class 8)  Medical Injection Molding Workshop, a 80 m² (860 ft²)  10000 (ISO Class 7) Standard Laboratory (including Biochemical Testing, Sterile Testing, Positive Control, Physics Testing) and a 200 m² (2153 ft²) Medical Warehouse.

Innosurg Medical is equipped with a complete set of stainless steel production bench for clean Room production, Level 3 pure water filtration system for product cleaning, Level 100 (ISO Class 5) aseptic inspection table, wind speed detector, dust particle detector, aseptic detector, biosafety cabinet, a full set of biochemical, material testing and other production inspection equipment, to meet the demands of production inspection to ensure the product quality.
