Tooling Capability

With 20 years of precision mold tooling experience from our parent company, Innosurg Medical is able to design and manufacture molds by itself. 

Our facility has 20 employees on the Mold Design & Project Technology Management Team, 120 employees that are mold manufacturers, over 30000 ft² tooling workshop with over 30 tooling / inspection machines. Including 5 axis CNC machine, EDM machines, Wire EDM machines, CNC Lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, PP, and CMM. Our mold manufacturing level can reach the tolerance of 0.02mm or higher to satisfy customer's requirements. Our annual output of molds is 600 sets.

Injection Molding Capability

Normal Injection Workshop: more than 20 presses ranging from 30 to 1350 tonnage.

Medical Injection Molding Workshop: 6 presses ranging from 90 to 160 tonnage.

Annual Output Production: 200,000,000-300,000,000 pieces

Device Production Capability

We have a production and assembly workshop for 150 people, with an annual output of 10 million devices of different kinds.
